Data and privacy

TSG LLM provides account-based access to AI models. This notice describes the service's handling of account, model, and public documentation data.

Model conversations

Submitted prompts, source code included by a client, tool calls and results, model responses, timestamps, usage, and account/key references are retained indefinitely. Access is restricted to authorized operators. Backups are encrypted. Authentication headers are excluded from conversation records, but credentials included inside a prompt become part of that stored prompt.

Account security and billing

Passwords, API keys, recovery codes, and session credentials are stored as protected hashes where verification permits. Authenticator setup secrets are encrypted. Usage and charges are recorded for account administration. The portal records charges; it does not automatically collect payment.

Public documentation analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measure visits to this public knowledge base. Clarity uses strict masking. These tools may use cookies and send usage information to Google or Microsoft. They are not loaded on sign-in, account, security, billing, or other authenticated pages, and are not used to record model conversations.

Use the control below to opt out of both tools on this browser. Opting out stops future loading and removes the known analytics cookies for this site. Your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference also disables loading.

Your coding client

Your chosen CLI, editor, or cloud platform has its own data policy. Local tool execution and permissions are controlled by that client. Contact the administrator who issued your account for access, billing, or data questions.
